SA Denise is the worst of the worst !!!! Terrible experience with her. I visited this store expecting the level of service that a high-end brand promises and charges for. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored and unwelcome. Shockingly bad customer service for a supposedly high-end store. Rude attitude, no professionalism, and zero regard for the customer. Never stepping my foot there again!!!!!
Anna Z the sales specialist at Hermes in Roosevelt field truly made this an incredible experience for my mother and I. We visited on 1/11/26. She greeted us, listened to our needs and provided the most amazing and genuine service.
