My favorite Hermès to visit! Marie is truly the heart of my experience there. She’s incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring—she remembers the little details and consistently goes above and beyond. A true professional who elevates every visit. Marie and management have been able to help with last minute vacation items or anniversary gifts with the utmost level of patience and understanding. We appreciate you all!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, I tried one of those heels , the one that shipped to my house. I tried them on wood floor and they expected me to try them On carpet. The shoes hurt a lot!!! They refused to exchange or returned, and end up yelling at me. I paid for one pair over $1200. Don’t Waste your hard working money and your time. Stay away from the hype and this stores. I Hate this place.
Manager at this store is someone I hope to never encounter again. Extremely unprofessional and rude, loud, and irresponsible for her employees. Does not work well with others, 0/10 do not recommend. Maybe she would be better in a remote position so no one ever has to encounter her in person because the displeasure of dealing with her is real.
Went there to exchange my sandals for size and color and I asked for pink and they brought me out every other color than pink. I finally was like do you have the pink or not? Then all of a sudden they had the pink color I wanted and the size. This was the weirdest experience I have ever had at a luxury store. Who does that? Wastes my time and theirs by giving me shoes that I don’t ask for when I specifically said I wanted the pink sandals. It was a horrific experience and waste of my time and I had my baby with me.
