Going to this here is like therapy! Especially my SA Anna. I can’t say enough about Anna, she is just fabulous. Always takes her time with you, and willing to show you the best items. She is so genuine and wants you to be happy with what you buy. I trust her selection 100%. The whole team along with Rebecca just make you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone! ❤️
6 months ago I wandered into Hermes where I met my SA Anna she is the most amazing person and sales woman I’ve ever met every sales person in that store is wonderful and friendly I have purchased so many items from the store including my Birkin bag what a wonderful place to shop I try to go at least once a week thank you Anna
DO NOT deal with Phillip…. Terrible customer service, felt like he couldn’t care less about helping us find the right product we wanted. Me and my wife came in and we felt he was very pretentious based off that we came in our hospital scrubs. Only went to this location due to the manhasset location closing. Would never come back again !
