This location has the most amazing team. Rebecca, Phillip, and Mike gave us the best experience. I was shopping for a birthday gift for my mom’s birthday and Phillip was incredible. He was so sweet, kind, and warm. I knew what I wanted to buy because my mom had been eyeing the oran sandals for some time now. I felt so welcomed. I had a very disappointing experience this time. When I asked questions, the staff was cold and indifferent to me but warm and friendly to other customers. This made me feel disrespected and unfairly treated. Their attitude and expression lacked basic customer service manners. The store seriously needs to improve employee training to avoid losing customers.
