Absolutely terrible customer service . Spent only $4500 on a few things and my wife’s did not like slip on shoes I bought her and they would not let her return!

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every visit enjoyable. I love working with Marie, she is amazing, thoughtful, attentive and so kind. She makes every visit so fun and I look forward to every visit.

I had purchased a bracelet from Marie great SA if you want great help ask for her although these two men were extremely rude when I was looking for something and his little friend decided to join in the conversation very rude clearly they were new overall if you do not feel welcomed come back another day do not buy if you feel disrespected watch out for these two stuck up men clearly to old to be having all this attitude

I visited the store today to return an item that was purchased for me as a gift. The item was completely unused, with the tag still attached and the box unopened, yet I was told the return would not be accepted because it was past the return window. I calmly explained that my fiancé had been told a different return policy at the time of purchase. I always have the most wonderful experience working with Marie and Denise at Hermès. They are consistently so kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Every time I walk into the store, they make me and my family feel incredibly special, taking the time to check in and ensure I have everything I need.
