I had very good shopping experience in this store. My Sales Grace is very nice, friendly, and patient. Definitely will comeback.
My husband and I love this Hermes location. Nadia is our sales associate and is the loveliest. We usually have our toddler with us, and she as well as the entire staff make us feel so welcome. She’s been amazing at helping me find the cutest baby items for our 2nd baby due soon. Also, special mention to the other lovely SAs (like Ronald and this other SA with blonde hair who is so sweet, I wish I knew her name but pregnancy brain) and the security guards are even great. I can’t say enough great things about this store. Ronald goes above and beyond, as well as all of the other sales associates. I had to bring in my two little girls today and Gretchen brought out coloring for them to keep them busy. She was so sweet and spent some time with them talking about their stuffed animals. Saturdays are busy but weekdays are pretty slow and they are the sweetest/most helpful people.
Always have an incredible experience with my sales associate, Melissa! I have been to many Hermes stores and this location is by far the best when it comes to customer service. Every single person is so welcoming and I look forward to my visits. Looking forward to stopping in again soon!
