I would give this places zero stars if I had the option. I exchanged my bandana at this location that I got from the Madison New York location where I have a wonderful responsive SA. I have had a horrible experience at this location. I was given an SA’s card (I believe her name is Ana) and have texted her with no response. Angie it’s been very professional with knowledge of the purchases I had been made it, very helpful and very patience. I recommend to ask for Angie if you go to Hermes Naples.
I waited an hour and nobody came up to me. Super disrespectful. People came after me and they let everyone in and help them I wanted to buy three pairs of shoes and they just ignored me.
Jordan at Hermès in Naples was super nice and really helpful! He made shopping fun and easy. He showed us a bunch of cool stuff and knew so much about everything in the store. He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Jordan is really friendly and made the whole experience special. If you ever go to Hermès in Naples, you should definitely ask for him. He’s the best!
