I went into the store this morning not know what to expect. This is the first time I had gone into a Hermes with intention to buy. I had a very patient salesman, Jordan, who took his time showing the different display bags to try on. I ended up leaving with a bag that I love. I will visit this store again for my next Hermes purchase!
Service is absolutely terrible. Waiting for over 20 mins. Wasn’t acknowledged by anyone. It would be quicker to drive to Miami then use the store!
