Kiara was the absolute best! I came in to purchase some bouncing sneakers and to have my belt punched for two more holes. She was fabulous. She sized me for the next ring I want as well as a Kelly bracelet. It wasn’t in stock sadly. She Showed me one of the most beautiful bags that I should’ve snatched in a heart beat. Although the city itself is very dirty, we hoped to find some good places in the luxury street. But this Hermes store was by far the unfriendliest one. We were suprised how welcomy and friendly the lv store was but Hermes Naples, never ever. They think they are something better working in a luxurious store. Never again! Very sad
