I went to the Hermès store at Topanga Mall to buy a birthday gift for my wife. I paid in-store and was told the item would be shipped to me within 2 days. I can not recall the last time I was treated so rudely in a retail store. I visited this store twice and both times the employees were just AWFUL!!! I understand that this is a luxury designer brand but Jesus H. Christ that doesn’t mean the retail workers should be complete snobs to customers. Today I stopped by the store to look at a watch. I was greeted by Ashley Ellison. She treated me warmly and cordially. She showed me the watch I was interested in, and answered all my questions completely. She also gave me a tour of this very beautiful store. I highly recommend visiting this store and working with Ashley!
