I went to the Hermès store at Topanga Mall to buy a birthday gift for my wife. I paid in-store and was told the item would be shipped to me within 2 days. It’s now been 7 days, and I still haven’t received anything. I called the store — they said someone would call me back the next day, but no one did. I followed up again, and they told me to wait another 48 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told I couldn't. For a brand like Hermès, I expected far better communication and service. Liebe Firma hemes Paris ich finde den Laden wirklich toll doch leider ist etwas passiert spontan wollte ich mir eine birkin kaufen was ich auch gemacht habe da mein Hund nicht mehr laufen wollte habe ich in in die 10min neu gekaufte Birkin bag gesetzt leider würde das entzückende Häufchen immer dringender und es gieng in die birkin bag die Firma wollte meine birkin nicht kostenlos reparieren oder ich konnte sie nicht zurückgeben eine Frechheit ehrlich

I can not recall the last time I was treated so rudely in a retail store. I visited this store twice and both times the employees were just AWFUL!!! I understand that this is a luxury designer brand but Jesus H. Christ that doesn’t mean the retail workers should be complete snobs to customers. I wanted to shop here while my partner was picking up his Rolex but I just gave up and left after no one wanted to assist me and blew me off.
