The lack of customer service is unmatchable, couldn’t access my account apparently (opened in Abu Dhabi years ago) + took me 8 calls for them to answer. The only thing I was told was we could send your jewelry to Paris for 6 months. No thanks

Although they did not have any bags available, I was surprised by the warm welcome I received from the SA Louis-Joseph. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
I went to the Montreal location last week I was very pleasantly surprised! I was a bit apprehensive before going because you know what people say about the Hermes service if you’re not vip.. I had a great experience with Louis-Joseph! He really took the time to show me everything I wanted to see in person. He told me a lot about the history of the company and he showed me so many scarf options I had never seen online. My mother and I recently visited the Hermès store in Montréal. Unfortunately, the retail staff demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. I respectfully request that staff refrain from making assumptions based on physical appearance upon entering the store. The staff at the Hermès Retail store in Montréal, Canada, displayed zero customer service.
