I’ve been a loyal Hermès customer for years, shopping at locations around the globe, but the experience at the Montréal store is consistently disappointing. I recently went to pick up an online order—an easy, straightforward process elsewhere—but was instead met with poor customer service, condescending attitudes, and arrogant employees. I was very skeptical to go this place because of not so great reviews , but I still went and I am very pleased with my experience at Hermes’ in Montreal , this January 2025 , I met an SA “ Mathieu “ very positive and enthusiastic . I got great recommendations from him and I got what he recommended and m quite happy with that , what stood out the most was his genuine approach – it felt like he truly cared about helping me find the perfect items! He is great and I highly recommend Mathieu and visiting to this store

Je suis venue acheter un cadeau pour mon anniversaire. J’ai vraiment été déçue de l’expérience. L’ Ambiance est super froid, les vendeurs sont snobs, ne sont ABSOLUMENT pas accueillants et ne sont pas avenants. Pas un sourire, le bonjour est également optionnel POUR eux. C’est aux acheteurs de dire bonjour car quand on rentre dans les magasin personne ne nous salue, si on ne le fait pas.
