I really don’t understand why they have such a poor attitude. Sweet on the outside, sharp on the inside. They come across as snobbish, look down on people, it is like we are begging them to sell us a bag. Couldn’t the company provide better training to help them treat customers more kindly? The craftsmanship, materials, design are all top-notch — but their attitude ruins it all.
I had a feeling that H Brisbane would be it. True enough I got 1 of my dream bags - a Picotin w/ ghw and lotsa accessories 🤗Tthey even had more bags available. Shoutout to SA Mikaela who even replaced my damaged necklace chain 👋🏻 In case you’ll chance upon this Mikaela, it’s gold plated. Thank you 🙏🏻
