Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Service I am very disappointed with the quality of a Hermes belt I received as a gift. Despite being worn only twice, the buckle is already scratched. I wanna say Thank you 1000x to my SA Rami. She’s so professional and lovely to be as a friend too. Lots of good suggestions, quick responses, and never get tired of hearing about my little requests. Not sure if I’ll keep buying from this store if she’s not there. Love Rami. But please do not make her too busy so she will have no appointment slots for me :P I drive from Edmonton all down to Calgary to see her particularly.
