Very friendly and helpful staff so much nicer than we find in store in Australia. Not a great range of products being a small store but found exactly what I was after.
There are some new faces at the Calgary Hermes and they are so delightful. We had the pleasure of working with Sasha on our last visit. She is so lovely and engaging, it was a wonderful experience. I hope I have found my new SA at Hermes.

Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Service I am very disappointed with the quality of a Hermes belt I received as a gift. Despite being worn only twice, the buckle is already scratched. The belt was purchased online less than a month ago and given to me over Christmas. When I reached out to customer service, the online associate suggested contacting a store.
