Rude and unprofessional. Letting customer to wait 30mins and more yet all staff are avoiding eyes contact. Belittle on customer. Only treat their VIPs nicely.
I had a lovely experience at Hermes on Sunday. Special thanks to SA Denisa. She's very friendly, patient and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure her client's satisfaction. The effort she put into her work is great!

The worst customer service! However, C-Jay from their customer service team turned things around and made my experience a lot better by being so attentive and resolving the issue after a day of poor service from the rest of the team.
