Hamy , helped me find my ideal pair of sandals , Hamy seems to have a talent for choosing styles that suits my taste and needs even before i know what they are! Hamy previously helped me choose a belt. She knew everything about craftsmanship, belt styling options and produced the right size and buckle I wanted within mins. Service is always exceptional with Hamy.
Popped in for an after sales service, a repair on an item. The service was efficient but a little aloof. Also repair can take 3-6months I was told as all items go to the Paris workshop. That’s a super long time to wait but it is what it is.
My recent visit was outstanding from start to finish. The store is elegant, and the staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt genuinely welcomed and expertly guided through their beautiful collection without any pressure. This is the kind of service that builds lasting loyalty. I look forward to returning soon!
