If you’re gonna be old and grumpy you might as well retire, but this is par for the course with hermes sales reps
One of the worst service. The sales rep had no clue. Gave me the wrong order to try twice. Had no knowledge at all about their products. Couldnt tell me where to find the product. Almost felt by design to get me to leave. Horrible experience for a luxury product.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Aziz who made a very normal girl feel extremely welcome and completely at ease and validated! Aziz you will never know how much your kindness meant to me, I am a massive fan of the brand but don’t always feel I fit in - however you changed this for me and made me feel more confident and that I can belong.
