Unfriendly rude sales ladies who didn’t wish to assist me. Store was not busy but was told I could to go another store to browse.
Came twice in store to have an issue fixed on a new item, called 6 or 7 times to be called back and still nothing after 2 weeks. The level of customer service is definitely not the one I would expect from Hermes.
What a racist, senior manager. Ended up not buying this brand should not I racist people. The manager didn’t have the balls or the courtesy to give the name because she knew she was on the wrong a person of Color.
I have had many shopping experience in my life - I have developed relationships with sales people at a variety of brands and locations and I have to say Yukie at Hermes is among the most professional and thoughtful and honest sales people I have had the pleasure of working with!!! Lucky to get to know her and the location is lucky to have her.
Ruuuuude staff. You can smile when I purchase a $1,700 scarf. I don’t want your birkin.
