I visited this lovely store today in Meatpacking. From start to finish Gail provided excellent service and I was able to purchase a birthday gift quickly. I also got a few ideas for Christmas gifts! I’ll be back! Thank you Gail! Highly recommended!
Cezar at Hermes was amazing - friendly, kind, patient, and down-to-earth. We stopped by on a whim, and he turned it into the best shopping experience we've had there. He’ll definitely be my go-to moving forward!

He is extremely attentive, patient, and has a warm and professional demeanor.
