Today, Saturday March 29, 2025, I went to this Herme's location in Aventura Mall to purchase a belt. The store employee's are not hospitable and they are racist. I am a black man. I came into the store and asked two of the sales reps where I could find the mens section for belts. They pointed to where they were on the wall. Similar to several comments, went into the store, was not greeted. Finally a woman asked if she could help me. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Told me they had nothing and could not help me. Never greeted me, never asked my name, never gave me hers and never offered to help with anything else then had the security guard keep an eye on me as I made one last pass through the store.
Horrible service at this store. I walked in and was not even acknowledged. I waited for over 20 mins and sales associates did not even approach me. Sad for such a reputable brand.
My husband and I were there a couple of weeks ago to exchange a gift. After getting a warm welcome from the greeter, Sergio was appointed to assist us .He was wonderful; extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. The customer service was top notch.-- Stacey Fisher
