There is no choice at all. Two people just stand there chatting and ignoring you. One pretends to work. Often closed. I don't understand why the store was opened with such an attitude towards work and people. Shame
I visited the Hermès store a few days ago, and even though it was quite busy, I had a wonderful experience. Fernanda, who assisted me, was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the shopping experience feel personal and welcoming. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you're visiting the store. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!
