This store is to crowded and service is horrible.
Hermès trades as much on service as it does on craftsmanship, which makes this boutique a notable outlier. Upon entering, I asked the security associate whether she could direct me to an available sales advisor. Without making eye contact, she replied, “I am not sales,” and resumed pacing the floor. Great location! Smells nice. Staff training is less than adequate. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Management could use some additional in service courses before being allowed out on floor to interact with customers.
I’m very disappointed in today’s experience at Hermès Aventura. My husband and I tried to enter the store and quickly realized that it was locked. Not realizing that the store was closed today, we waited patiently for the three associates inside to acknowledge us. The staff seriously ruins the experience. There was no “hello and welcome” when we walked in, and no one asked if we needed help—even though several employees were just standing around chatting with each other. Both my friend and I were clearly existing Hermès customers and were carrying Hermès bags, yet we were completely ignored.
