I feel I was deceived by Natalya and never got bags that were verbally promised. I can say on the good side she never pressured us to buy anything, but there were certain points where she promised things that were not delivered Btw unrelated to her they provide poor after service support and have an attitude. I have a jacket that was stained due to improper cleaning, and they don’t even ship to you after repair. Threw the clothes in the trash, never spending a dollar at Hermes again. Been a customer of this brand since 2012

Sergio my SA is the best !!! He is very patient and is amazing along with the rest of the staff . Sergio gives me excellent customer service and is always helpful!!! I absolutely adore him and trust him with all my Hermes needs !

I have a complaint about one of the employees—his name is Patrick. He came up to me and told me to leave the store. I was looking for shoes and a bag; he told me the bags weren't available, even though they actually were in stock. Then he demanded to know if I wanted the shoes or if I was going to leave.

Unfortunately, the service did not match what I expected from a Hermès boutique. I was assisted by Irina and came in specifically to compare the same sandals in sizes 37 and 37.5. She initially brought both colors only in size 37.5. When I asked to compare one of them with a new pair in size 37, she brought me another sandal for the same foot, even though I was clearly trying to wear the two sizes at the same time to compare the fit. Luxury boutiques carry a reputation for making people feel they don't quite belong. I've shopped with Hermès for years, so it isn't nerves on my part — but that atmosphere is real in a lot of places, and it simply doesn't exist at the Aventura Mall boutique.
