I’ve been a client of this boutique for 2 years now (originally moving from the design district location) and from the day I walked in ,they made me feel welcomed and valued ! SERGIO is absolutely amazing! He made my Hermès shopping experience so special — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every detail. I left with the perfect piece and a big smile. Highly recommend asking for him .
