My brother & I went in to live his fantasy as he’s a huge fan of this brand, they’re vision, they’re quality products! We were served by this beautiful French woman on Friday, March 21st around 12-1pm. She was an absolute delight, very friendly and knowledgeable. My brother was afraid of being judged, but they were so welcoming and happy to answer questions. My brother only spent roughly $175 but the service was impeccable! Could not fault them if we tried. Thank-you for making my brother’s day!
Incompetent and arrogant female staff member, didn't know the correct colour of a bag on display and after checking was given the wrong information. Unable to order or purchase any bag, claiming exclusivity reasons and unavailability. Interrupted by another stuff member in the middle of our conversation. Overall a very unpleasant experience. My wife and I are long time customers of Hermes, and I am extremely disappointed.
I visited the Hermes store at Pacific Fair today and was greeted by Bradley, who provided exceptional customer service. He easily built rapport with me, making my experience extremely pleasant. Highly recommend him.
