Store managers swap out real bags with fakes and sell to the clients id be very careful happened to me in store tried to get it cleaned and they denied it saying it was a knockoff unbelievable id rather wear burberry then support this brand.
The workers at this store are absolutely VILE and UNPROFESSIONAL . I walked in to buy a gift and was completely ignored. NO greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone even bothered to speak to me. When I finally told them what I needed, I was told to “wait” because there were “other people in line”. People who WALKED IN AFTER ME were immediately helped because they looked richer. The entitlement of the employees is honestly laughable. This isn’t my Hermes home store, but I wanted to share a glowing review. Tricia was incredibly patient, kind, and provided outstanding service as she helped my family of six shop throughout the store. Even on Black Friday, she spent nearly two hours with us, offering honest guidance and making the experience genuinely fun. I’d absolutely come back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!
Service is trash. They don’t help you. We went there and ask for help and to order stuff, they didn’t even offer to order something for you. They pretend they are the sheet, forgot they are the cashiers Chicago store way more better service.
Once again a great experience with Tricia! For years our experiences have been more like a family reunion than shopping activities. So many times in life it’s more about the journey than the destination. Thank you for being part of our “village”.
