Worst customer experience ever!!! I will NEVER shop here again. I was making a purchase with Johnathan at the register who was awesome when his coworkers came over and told him to come and take pictures. How rude and unprofessional. Terrible service overall.

Somerset mall Hermes / First of all you guys don’t follow the mall timings and have short hrs. The door says you close at 6 PM but you were closed the doors at 5:47 PM. Make up your mind and post the right hrs accordingly.
