I’ve traveled to different Hermès and the Somerset location has not only been my favorite but I love the experience. I’ve been very fortunate and impressed not only by my SA Fatina by her presence and dedication to help me anytime I come in and shop. I have so much fun catching up and still shop for any occasion. I highly recommend shopping with Fatina. She’s very personable and transparent which is hard to find these days.
Store managers swap out real bags with fakes and sell to the clients id be very careful happened to me in store tried to get it cleaned and they denied it saying it was a knockoff unbelievable id rather wear burberry then support this brand.
The workers at this store are absolutely VILE and UNPROFESSIONAL . I walked in to buy a gift and was completely ignored. NO greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone even bothered to speak to me. When I finally told them what I needed, I was told to “wait” because there were “other people in line”. People who WALKED IN AFTER ME were immediately helped because they looked richer. The entitlement of the employees is honestly laughable.
