I went to Hermes to buy a lip balm for myself and a bottle of cologne for my husband. My sales associate, Jonathan, was absolutely lovely! This was my first visit to Hermes and Jonathan was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to shopping with him again!
Everyone works here is so friendly and nice. The manager has done a fantastic job, this store has definitely become my favorite one. Tao is the best of the best! She’s very professional, super patient and willing to help you with anything you need. She recommends you things that fit you the best vs other retail brands sa only want to sell you the most expensive ones. With Tao, you won’t feel pressured shopping there. Go asking for Tao, she will never disappoint you.
This store is so welcoming and the staff are very professional. Jonathan has the warmest personality and always welcomes with a smile that will instantly brighten your day. He listens so well to his customers needs and has exceptional interpersonal communication skills which makes him a great asset to this store. Simione has been a pleasure to meet as he makes sure his customers are welcomed. We had the pleasure of meeting Bilal as well, he was so kind, what a fun team they all make!
