The sales associate I worked with, Maya, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me as I picked out a few beautiful new pieces of jewelry. Mya at the Somerset Collection store in MI was extremely pleasant and helpful with recommendations on different scents of fragrances to try.
I cannot give this boutique enough stars! Today was my first time ever setting foot in an Hermes boutique. Prior to my visit, I made an appointment with Kim. Well, Kim was absolutely wonderful! It's sometimes difficult for me as a working-class (a.k.a. not exactly wealthy) gal to NOT feel even more intimidated and awkward than I already am regularly in life when you walk into a store of this caliber. 10/10 recommend shopping at this store! I’ve been shopping at this store since they opened in 2021. All of the associates are so nice and can source anything. Fatina is amazing and she’s made all of my experiences memorable!
