I visited Detroit with some friends and made a stop at Hermès. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Maya, who immediately made the experience feel special. I recently visited this location for the first time and could not be more pleased with the service. Maya was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to me and was able to get a feel for what my style was and then made some quality suggestions for items that I might be interested in. I was able to purchase multiple items and I will definitely be back again.
I have had only the best experience at the Hermes Somerset location. Everyone from the store manager , to the sales associates are nothing short of amazing. They are kind, and professional. Love my SA Maya, she is so easy to talk to, and work with. I have never had a bad experience here, even from the very first day I walked into the store.
My sales associate, Tricia, was wonderful, warm, attentive, and truly brought back the luxury experience I’ve always loved at Hermès. I felt so well taken care of, and it reminded me why Hermès is timeless. Thank you!
