I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I visited the store on the weekend to buy a ring scarf. However, I had to wait to get help with that item. Each time someone came to talk to me, they seemed more interested in another customer than me. The staff seemed unwilling to help or provide exceptional customer service. I felt like my Queen, Oprah Winfrey, in the store in Paris This is a major reason why some customers choose to shop online or stop shopping at all.
Our SA Mary Kelly was the best SA we have encountered in Hermès (and that is we have visited all three in NYC). We were helped right away, and Mary added a personal touch by offering our two kids drawing kits to keep them occupied while mommy shopped. Got everything we needed, including what we thought would be a “unicorn” bag. I been in this store twice, both times, i got unpleasant experience from staff. They don't care about customer. I was there to buy a belt. Sale man asked for man pant size, he brought a belt for me to try, and the belt was so shorted that both end didn't even connect. There was 1 belt I liked but didn't like the glossy finish on 1 side. Instead of showing me other options, the salesman said "then you don't have a belt." Wendy is phenomenal. She was able to acquire my wife’s wishlist 3 times. She really makes you feel comfortable and a priority. We both enjoy her knowledgeable and exceptional customer service! Absolutely recommend
Shop knowingly did not open at time posted while line of patrons are waiting outside. Disrespectful of people’s time. Would take business and $ elsewhere.
