Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.
Terrible experience. I went in for a simple exchange at the end of the day and was given news that made no logical sense. Maybe it was because it was late in the day, but this has never happened to me in the South of France or the Bay Area. The service was awful. Every time that I have entered Hermes @ King Of Prussia, 99% of the staff act very cold and stuck up. They don’t greet you with warmth or hospitality such as Gucci, LV and the other luxury brands. I wanted to give them one more chance, so I purchased a pair of men sandals $1,000.00 and went to pick them up. I didn’t realize that they close at 6pm, I arrived at 6:02pm. “Yev” is a sales rep here and I don’t know who hired him because his attitude and language is absolutely insane. He didn’t say anything to me but I overheard him talking to the security guard so rudely. Lol you don’t own the store.
People should know how awful they are when they’re in the field of retail/ customer service. I did some Christmas shopping at this location on two different days leading up to Christmas Day. My first day of shopping was absolutely phenomenal, I was excited about my purchase and very pleased with the service and the full experience as a Hermes customer.
