Had a really dissapointing experience during the last visit. Even though this is a luxury store we didn't go in expecting any white globe service or anything but while working with us the lady vanished for several mins and attended to another customer while we kept waiting. We weren't offered even water. We eventually bought what i liked since the belt was something on my list but I'm likely not going to this store. We have had such a wonderful experience with Yev and the entire team at Hermès King of Prussia. From our very first visit, Yev made us feel incredibly welcome and took the time to genuinely get to know us, our family, the things we enjoy, and especially my wife’s personal style. My experience with Hermès has been beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable for a brand that claims to represent luxury, exclusivity, and elite customer service. The customer service at the King of Prussia location is practically non-existent. Communication is poor, follow-up is nonexistent, and the overall attitude makes customers feel like they are doing you a favor simply by acknowledging your presence. The closest Hermes store to me is actually the DC location but so many horror stories from there have sent me to KOP instead and I'm so glad I decided to do that. KOP has some of the best sales associates and I'm totally going to gatekeep who mine is lol but she is the best. The store is on the smaller side but my SA is always so helpful and friendly and doesn't mind bringing pieces in for me if I ask. She is super responsive as well.
