★☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service — no flexibility at all I bought a pair of Hermès sneakers in July from their store. I just tried them on for the first time and they are too small — brand new, never worn. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. Customer service checked with a supervisor and still said absolutely no because it’s past 30 days. Have loved my recent experience here and will look no further for I have found an SA who is responsive, personalizes the experience and makes shopping FUN! I never actually thought to just purchase here at KOP but they have truly made shopping here fun and the last few visits I was probably not dressed well or wearing any makeup and wasn’t even carrying any designer handbag, I was told to wait for an available sa and then was introduced to my sa and now I’m stuck bc I won’t shop with anyone else. I work with Mary and have loved my experience at this store. Mary has helped me select so many items that I truly love and that are staples in my closet. She is patient, not pushy and kind. Will definitely stay loyal to this location and SA.
