I had been nervous about getting lip filler for the first time, but everyone at Hermosa made the process so much easier. Joanne was patient, answered all of my questions, and really listened to what I was hoping for.
Joan did my Botox and I appreciated how much she explained beforehand. I like knowing what’s being done and why.
