We had a great experience with Frank Hermiz during the process of refinancing our home. Thank you Frank for being honest and up front about expectations and the impacts of this nerve recking decision.
We asked to make sure they collected enough for escrow. They did not. Now we have a $12,000 escrow shortage and our mortgage payment is going up by $1,800 a month for 12 months. Make sure you review all your documents and do your own research for city taxes or you’ll get screwed
Frank helped us to get a mortgage for our first home. His patience through all of my endless questions and his thorough explanations of the process and our options was so very appreciated by us as first time buyers.
