Terrible customer service. Staff was rude and unhelpful and made me feel like I was a nuisance.
Long review but I’ve got lots to say about this location. First of all, everyone at this store from security to SA are very welcoming. I am glad to have built a wonderful relationship with my SA, Soyoung, because she is very knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive. What also makes her such an outstanding SA is that she goes above and beyond to provide a personalized their shopping experience each time.
