Warning: Don’t ignore the reviews. There’s a reason this store continues to receive negative feedback. I visited the Collins Street Hermes store on Friday the 5th around 6:30pm and was served by a blonde lady with short hair tied back. Her service was appalling and completely unworthy of the Hermes name. I was seated upstairs waiting to try on shoes.
