We had the loveliest experience in the Melbourne Hermes store. We took our girlfriend to choose a gift for her 40th birthday and Lochlan - the host, was extremely hospitable and made it a memorable experience with providing champagne and chocolates. Thank you so much to Lochlan and the staff for a beautiful afternoon.

I went to this store other day and had an incredibly frustrating experience with the concierge person at this store. Firstly, I waited for over 20 minutes in a queue outside the store and then was finally allowed in store, the concierge person asked me “If I need help with something or I am just browsing today?” I replied “I will browse first but would need someone to assist me” he then said he will get the next sales associate to help me when they get available. After waiting outside for quite a while, I got let in with an Asian male (I have learnt his name is TONY now) and I almost felt like he was discriminating me. I asked him for mini H necklaces and his hostile became much clearer, like I was wasting his time because I didn’t want anything too high price. I asked him for a couple of colours to try on, one of which was black, which was not on the tray and he had to go to get it from the back.
