Nikki Rae is an amazing and masterful practioner in the Hendrickson method, which is a life changing technique. She has been doing amazing things for my knee, neck and hips. It's amazing that I can feel my body reacting and healing in response to this method in real time. This practitioner and method is a must try for any injuries or ailments that need attention!!! Also good for base level consultations for optimizing mobility and performance.
Nikki is amazing. She is the only Massage Therapist that has been able to understand and give me relief in my chronic pain, and also help ME understand what I can do to help myself. Nikki has an insane knowledge of anatomy and a profound ability to tune into your body and understand what it needs. A+, highly recommend.
I may be the pickiest person on the planet when it comes to massage and I must say Nikki did not disappoint. She is highly intuitive and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend her to any and everyone that needs relief and restoration.
