Very relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. Nikki clearly knows what she's doing and I left feeling amazing. Edit: I want to add to my original review now that I have had several sessions. In addition to feeling tension relief in my muscles, I have noticed over time that my long time sciatic nerve pain is reduced and my calf muscles (which used to be chronically weak on one side) have been firing faster and stronger. I have really benefited and look forward to continuing to work with Nikki.

Nikki Rae is an amazing and masterful practioner in the Hendrickson method, which is a life changing technique. She has been doing amazing things for my knee, neck and hips. It's amazing that I can feel my body reacting and healing in response to this method in real time. This practitioner and method is a must try for any injuries or ailments that need attention!!! Also good for base level consultations for optimizing mobility and performance.
