very good people and advice i've been in this store several times (usually dressed in gym clothes and not looking at all rich) and find this to be the most helpful and comfortable shop i've ever been in. the salespeople every time are helpful but not at all pushy. if they were i would never return. plus i love most of the lines of funiture hermans carries. honestly i wouldn't go anywhere else for couches. they not only sell great lines but they stand by them with a very, very reasonalble price.
delivery problems April 25 (3 months ago) I ordered a sofa table from Herman's. They made me pay half at the time of the order. I needed it when I moved June 1-still nothing! They tell me I need to talk to the salesman who never calls me/nothing has been for me and they do not give refunds-you just sit and wait forever! I will never shop there again! I suggest if you do-you only "cash and carry" because who knows how long you'll be waiting.
Unhappy with service I was excited to browse the items in the store, because Herman's Furniture is a "People's Choice Award" winner. However, when my husband and I went into the store we were not waited on and we're finally greeted after I made a "loud" comment to my husband that we must not be rich enough to shop here. At that point is when we were asked by a sales associate if she could help us. We just bought a house and had money to spend to buy all new furniture. We ended up going elsewhere.
Herman's Furniture We brought our kids twin beds there. When they were done with them, our daughter had them for her kids. Today they are no longer in use, but could be. WE were very satisfied with the up keep and durability.
