Honestly I never write reviews, but WSG definitely deserves one. Their service was top notch! I was super upset that my Husbands chair got damaged. They worked with me to place a warranty claim and were very patient. They let me know when parts were in, allowed me to drop off at a time/date that fit my schedule and then also let me know when it was ready and I was able to pick up when I wanted (within their operating hours). My husband and I each purchased the iconic Herman Miller Aeron desk chair from Workspace Group. We love the chairs, and we loved the personalized service. Mitchell adjusted both chairs to that we would have the full ergonomic benefit while sitting in our home offices. Finally, we returned to their conveniently located retail address (near Yorkdale) and purchased a wall unit and an under-the-desk filing cabinet. Highly recommend Workspace Group. Their stuff is gorgeous and they are wonderful to deal with.
How did this place get 4.3 rating...??? The way they conduct business doesnt deserve a star at all! Such a disgrace to carry Herman Miller name.
