They do like they say they will. Got my brother and sister their visas.
This place should probably be torn down. It's an old building and smells horribly of mold. The women's bathroom had holes in the wall and paint was peeling. The restaurant wasn't much better. I'd definitely look for a better place to stop and eat. The parking lot was very dark. There were street lights but they weren't on.
