I spoke to a few photographers before landing upon Herman Au. I already loved the photos on his website and then was sold by his incredibly kind personality. What an incredible experience! I found Herman after going to a Noor Pasadena Wedding event. I really enjoyed his energy and the photos he had displayed. We set up a zoom meeting and hired his team for 10 hours, 2 photographers, 2 videographers, and their photobooth and flower wall backdrop for the day of. Herman and his team were fantastic! He not only helped us look our best and set up great shots, but went above and beyond, helping us and our important guests with boutonnieres and more (he even had a spare pin that he let us borrow!). He and his team were super easy to work with, friendly, and all around wonderful. We really appreciated their help on our wedding day and the photos look amazing. Highly recommended.

Excellent photographer. He knew how to make us comfortable so that we could smile and pose naturally. Very easy to work with. I would describe him as professional with a hint of whimsy. Our package also included a second photographer. We thought they would be an apprentice or something, but they actually had their own business and were just as professional/skilled as Herman.
