My mother, 96 years old, has been living there since Oct 2024. She has never been happier in her life. The staff is kind and compassionate, respecting HER quality of life perception. Even staff members who should not have a reason to come in contact with her tell me they love her! Our family is beyond grateful. She thinks she has a fan club there .... and I think she is correct! I’m here for rehab and I’m so, so impressed with the facility. Especially PT and OT. Cindy, Tiffany, an OT student, Julia and the rehab aide, Meagan are fantastic. They are the best therapy I’ve ever had anywhere. Really allows me to go home with confidence. I admire how hard they work to encourage everyone to do their best even with some patients are down. I was a patient at Heritagespring of West Chester twice last year. During this time, I was chronically ill, and at times critically. I had some wonderful nurses, STNAs, and staff members who provided kind support. I am extremely grateful for Casey, Ashleigh, and Grace who provided exemplary physical, occupational, and speech therapy that helped me to overcome many obstacles. I don't know where I would be without them today and consider them part of my extended family.

A friend of mine, Edith had a wonderful experience during her stay. What was noticed upon arrival is that the staff all worked really well together. The staff would actually race to see who would get to take Edith to her physical therapy. She was especially appreciative of Tiffany Land, who took a personal interest in Edith. Tiffany treated her with warmth and compassion and even checked up on Edith after she got home. They bonded and still have a friendship years later.
