I was excited to find a Heritage’s Dairy Store on my way to my destination, but the experience was disappointing. The employee who helped me was rude from the moment I walked in and maintained an unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. I don’t need a cheerful “good morning,” but I do expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to return.
I’ve been going to Heritages for years and the service is always excellent. Tom and Annabelle truly stand out for their friendliness, cheerful attitudes, and amazing customer service. They consistently make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend.
Being from Philadelphia, I never heard of heritages, but I wish they were in Philadelphia There so good and have great selections amazing food premade is slammin. Wawa is nothing compared to heritages.
