Moved mom from another place and the difference is night and day! Her mental and physical health has improved and she seems really happy here. Really feel she is being taken way better care of here and that is a real load off of us. So happy we made the move.
We have been extremely pleased with the facility. It is well maintained and has a wonder Caring staff from administration to cleaning staff. My mother has been very happy there and feels safe. It was a very difficult decision to move her out of our home and now we are happy we chose the perfect facility. Would highly recommend to everyone. We feel she is well cared for, has great food and choices, and she loves her new home.
One star is not low enough. Please, do not send your loved ones here. Our experience with the Executive Director of the facility was completely demeaning. Raising her voice, talking over us, talking down to us, and telling us “that’s not how business works”. Zero empathy, which is unbecoming of a care facility such as this. By the time my mom left the facility, she had bed sores and her blood sugar was concerningly high. The staff was checking her blood sugar several times per day. Each time, it was extremely high.
