One star is not low enough. Please, do not send your loved ones here. Our experience with the Executive Director of the facility was completely demeaning. Raising her voice, talking over us, talking down to us, and telling us “that’s not how business works”. Zero empathy, which is unbecoming of a care facility such as this. By the time my mom left the facility, she had bed sores and her blood sugar was concerningly high. The staff was checking her blood sugar several times per day. Each time, it was extremely high. We moved my mom a couple of months ago and could not be happier. Very professionally run!!!
My mother spent the last few months of her life at Heritage Woods of Noblesville. She really enjoyed living here, and made many friends. She also enjoyed all the activities they have. Bingo was one of her favorites. The staff is wonderful, and gave my Mom the loving support she needed. I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, food service to all the great nurses and of course the management staff. Thank you Heritage Woods for caring for our Mother. She loved you also.
In considering care for your loved ones, the most important piece of well being, is to be mindful of the leadership and of the employees.
