Just had new carpets put down in our new home. The finish and the customer service was exceptional! Julian and the team helped us out a lot to find the best carpet finish we wanted within our budget. Highly recommend using them again!

Ordered a chair on 23rd October 2024 with 6 week delivery, which would mean delivery this week. So rang to ask when and just been told they can't do it in that material we ordered!! Mike said he rang and left a message just after we placed the order, which is a complete lie... Request my deposit back today 3rd December 2024.. Avoid this shop like the plague. Would never recommend shopping here.
I chose to visit this store as I was looking for furniture for a bedroom. Upon entering maybe 5 or 6 of the guys were just sat around in the centre of the store, laid back doing a ‘quiz’ of some sort between themselves. No help was offered and barely acknowledged me which was strange as I was the only customer in the store at that time. Very un professional.
Scruffy store with no welcome from staff who were sat chatting and vaping e-cigarettes (inside). I found the beds and furniture to be far more expensive and unappealing than stores such as Dreams, IKEA & Bensons for Beds.
