I just found out that my cousin was in this place Kimberly Moore and that she was strangled to death by another patient. I would love to know how this is even possible. She was 53 years old and went there for help for dementia how was somebody allowed to strangle her to death

My Dad Craig Burdo was at Heritage for almost 10 years on Medicaid. He was disabled due to a seizure disorder that caused a loss of brain function. He recently passed. Originally I think he liked it, he liked the nurses, and they liked him. Queenie was his and my favorite. She left a few years ago, around when the building got new owners. I think the new owners have been very ruthless in cutting costs to keep things efficient. My dad had a long decline, and couldn’t feed himself anymore, he was still present though.
