Professional, fast and friendly.
Very unprofessional, and rude. The lady answering the phone first thing in the morning acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I called trying to reschedule a visit. She gave me a terrible attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her saying she can't help and that I needed to call my employer. I took that to mean she couldn't cancel or reschedule the appointment, so I figured out a way to make it in at the worst possible time for me. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Very unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Took the nurse 6 times to get my blood pressure right and ended up leaving indents on my arm with red marks. Front desk person was very nasty to me and talked bad about a patient that had just left the office. I will not be coming back!
