I love my credit union. Very good loan rates and friendly staff! I love the convenience of not always having to be present when I need a loan. In just a phone call, I can have exactly what I need! I highly recommend this credit union!
The friendly folks at Heritage USA Federal Credit Union did a great job at financing our vehicles, and provide consistently great service each time we come to one of the branches.
Recently joined this credit union and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The checking accounts are very competitively priced. They give very friendly and personal service every time I go to one of the branches.
We moved from Midland after opening our acct. I called to change our address. They said they couldn't do it and mailed me a form. I filled it out and returned it. I get an address change confirmation from them today. It's mailed to old address. It shows new address as our mispelled last name. Great. Call again. They can't fix it. Must send me a form again.
