Professional and friendly
Britney is a sweet lady and helps you out. The lady at the front needs to work on her work ethics. Every time I walk in she’s on her phone and won’t stop her conversation ( personal conversation) to attend me. She sees I’m there but continues to act as though she doesn’t see someone is standing right in front of her.
Had an issue with my debit card. called the bank and the COO answered. I was like wow!! Heritage has THE BEST customer service. That is the reason that I have stuck with them for the past 11 years! My debit card problem will be solved soon. If you are looking for a top notch credit union... HERITAGE FED CREDIT UNION is the credit union you want!
