Professional and friendly
Britney is a sweet lady and helps you out. The lady at the front needs to work on her work ethics. Every time I walk in she’s on her phone and won’t stop her conversation ( personal conversation) to attend me. She sees I’m there but continues to act as though she doesn’t see someone is standing right in front of her.
