Very professional team that was very responsive to my questions. They were also willing to work with my crazy schedule. ACE-HTI worked with my budget (gave me 3 options at different price points which was very helpful). I highly recommend Charlie and his team!!
Great experience with ACE-HTI all the way around, from working with Blair to get information on the Smart Home/Security setup for our house to Daniel setting up and installing our system. They go above and beyond. Even Charlie, part owner, made it a point to come to the install appointment. That says a lot, and you don't find that just anywhere. ACE-HTI recently helped us with our home networking and Wi-Fi. They assessed the issues and worked through the possible solutions and different pieces of equipment that would help us. Then, they let us decide on the most cost-effective solution. James even called Spectrum for me to finally get to the root of the problem...that was a huge blessing! AND, James followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working well. Their customer service is awesome!
I am so thrilled to give you feedback on your Tech, James. First I’m 65 & my husband 80 & I’m somewhat tech handicapped but try to get through. However...let me tell you about your James He’s not only very professional but so intelligent & PATIENT Now days “younger” techs assume/know us “mature” folks either are 1)computer savvy, 2)know enough to get by OR 3)”dumb as a post”...we are between 2 & 3.
