I was obviously stressed with forgetting some tax document. The whole team's calm and kind service with helping me through this was amazing! Such a great experience even with my dreaded taxes.
Used them for almost 10 years. Theyve been great in the past. Then we started working with Dan and it hasnt been pleasant. The moment we started to ask questions about their service they provide us and about taxes in general, they didn't hesitate to let us know via email how uneducated we were with taxes and they will no longer being servicing us because they didn't want to be held liable. This team is efficient, quick and accurate not to mention their amazing customer service. They have been handling our taxes for years and their knowledge and confidence always puts us at ease. We feel so well taken care of.
Dan was very knowledgeable with my state and federal taxes. If you have ANY questions about your taxes after April 15th though they will not respond. Poor communication is my only complaint
