It's a trustworthy bank
I got a loan here about a year ago and they were nothing but nice and helpful. I forgot the lady's name, but she was amazing. Friendly, helpful, replied quickly, explained stuff clearly, and even helped with car choices. Cut to this weekend and I had the absolute worst experience with a woman named Tara Murray at the Murfreesboro location. She was the most insufferable person ever. These were the most patient and understanding people I’ve ever seen work at a bank. They were the only bank out of 5 I contacted to actually work with me and my difficult work history. Most banks expect perfection by the time you can blow your nose but these people really went above and beyond for me and my grandma.
