The skill level in memory care is very lacking. There a few select aides that seem to know what they are doing. One nurse went over and above to care for my dad. She is no longer there. Really wish the help would be consistent. Communication with families is very poor. When my dad passed he was taken to the wrong funeral home and when his body was released we were never informed. Emily J. and her team are wonderful at Heritage Muskego. They are very caring and go the extra mile for my loved one.
