Hello everyone, this is a public service announcement not to send your loved ones to this place. My dad was there for over two years and it took me this long to write this post because I was so angry and disappointed. Bed bugs were upstairs and the resdient that was living in the room with bed bugs got moved downstairs!!!!!!!!!! Why would managment do that ?? Bugs were getting on clothes and everywhere . I had to throw tuns of clothes out. THEY OVER WORK YOU AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS OR HOW YOU FEEL. Dont step foot in this place. 0/10 Also the executive manager and assistant SUCK!!! So unprofessional as well. They hired the most horrible assistant executive director… sarah. Be nice eveyone and be kind.

Please if you are reading this and care about your loved one, do not send them here. Before I sound off please know a few of the aids here are quite generous and good with older individuals, however the manager or owner whatever she is, Emily, and most of the aids are not. This place treats your loved one as if they are merely an object with no feelings and a transaction, not a human being.
