We had the good fortune to hire a Heritage grad for our team several years ago. That team member had excellent training in a diverse range of skill sets, and has been an incredible addition. I would strongly recommend to any design firm that they give serious consideration to any Heritage grads applying to their firm.
Heritage Design School is NOT accredited. While some sources indicate it may be respected by some in the industry, it is important to note that its lack of accreditation means its programs are not recognized by accrediting bodies like the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA). The only thing that the school offers, you are certificates, which are basically participation trophies. I see why so many positive reviews here! Heritage is the best school! It was so fun, exciting and extremely practical! I gained so much knowledge and confidence. All my instructors - Heather, Christi, Eli - are brilliant! And Elizabeth and Ronda are just the most amazing and helpful people. So happy that I did it! Highly recommend!!!
