Terrible place. They do not care for the residents or the staff. They care more about money than taking care of people.
Management not good with communication at all management will lead u on and not be truthful with u on multiple things management lead me on for 2 months of straight non sense when I could had another job during that time but they swore they will hire me on but they didn’t hr in building one very very unprofessional in so many ways im glad I went to another company that hired me on the spot and appreciates me being there and got team to work with I truly don’t recommend no one I mean no one working here at all
I think state needs to look into this facility. The woman over the facility is in my opinion unprofessional and not a kind person at all, very sad , because we put our loved ones in the care of people who we want to have a kind heart , not only to the people living there , but also the employees. You will be missed Stormy Haire , Sorry that you was fired, you are a kind ,loving young lady and you did not deserve to work all day then be fired without a care.
Beautifully remodeled and new ownership with great staff.
I highly recommend Heritage Yorktown for assisted living. The small town feel is really good for the residents and staff. It promotes actual relationships.
