From the start, the receptionist, Dena, was friendly, efficient, and professional, which made the whole experience welcoming. The physiotherapist, Peter, was excellent. He listened carefully and took the time to have a meaningful conversation about my concerns. Peter spent the time needed to fully understand my issues and provided thoughtful solutions along with exercises I can use to relieve my discomfort. This was my first visit, and I’m looking forward to continuing treatment with him to work toward resolving my problems.
