These people have incredible service .
Heritage requires an appointment to view their showroom; I sent an email request through their website nearly 4 weeks ago and got no response. I followed up with a phone call, but no one answers and they do not have a general mailbox so you have to choose a random extension and leave a voicemail which I did and, again, received no reply - that was 3 weeks ago.
