Great Customer Service. I enjoyed having someone explaining to me in way that was very easy to understand on how to use my hearing aids and setting up my app on my phone. He worked after hours to provide hearing aids so I wouldn’t miss work!
Josh went out of his way to help me. The manufactuare kept giving him excuses and not doing what they said so he stayed on them till it was resolved and then he came to my house so I wouldn't have to come back to town. Some times it takes him a while to get back to you but he always take care of you. He is a great guy.
Very poor service didn’t show up at all. The first time was late the second time third time didn’t call or anything. Left a message on his voicemail about someone dying. Then when I finally got a hold of him two days later, it was a completely different excuse it wasn’t about someone dying at all. also tried to sell me used hearing aids, which I don’t think is legal.

I don’t know if you delete your reviews or make up your own but everything these people have said are so wrong. You tell people to be at your office at a certain time and when they do, you turn off your phone and never pick up. even the owner of the establishment says your unprofessional due to the people who show up and they just waste their time and you hide.
