Social worker Katie F. Is very unprofessional and hangs up the phone in other professionals face while they are communicating with her.
This is my first experience with an inhouse Rehab and I was totally put at ease with the accomadating staff! Everyone was so willing to go out of their way to speak and to do anything needed to make this transition for my loved one easy. Everything was clean and I could tell that pride is taken in their facility. Excellent care has already been given from the administrator, nurses, aides, and cafeteria staff. I would recommend Fair City Health and Rehab Services to everyone!
My Mawmaw has been here for almost a year now. She said out of all of the places she had been, that Fair City has by far been the best!
