Last night while I was driving home from Church I past the facility, I happen to look and saw one of the elderly person outside at 9:40 pm close to the edge of the road. I called the Nursing home phone rang 10 times are more no answer I then called 911. Advised them that a patient was close to the edge of the road but that no one ever answered. What were they doing that they were so busy that they could not answer. They are responsible for someone Mother are Father .
This facility is negligent and does not provide the necessary care for their residents. Sherry the Director of Nurses is quick to get you off the phone and avoids addressing family concerns. They failed to administer medications my dad desperately needed for pain. He also ended up with blisters on his legs and back. He had to go to the ER and when he arrived he was severely dehydrated!!! They are fraudulent in that they run unnecessary tests just so they can bill insurance companies! I CAUTION YOU....PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ... read more
