Just moved my dad to HLC and could not be happier about the admission process and welcoming staff!!! The environment is engaging and stimulating. Our family is so at peace with the care my Dad is receiving.

This place is not clean, they took okay care of my grandmother, but not great. The worst part was they called on the day of my grandmas funeral to say we owed them money from 6 months back when we owe nothing. Even if we did, have more class than to call on the day of the funeral. They do not care about their patients at all.
If I could leave more stars - I would. My Mother in Law has been showing signs of early dementia and once she was discharged from the hospital she was transferred to a rehabilitation center in Conway off of College. It was not to our expectation at all. (Absolute horror story.. please tour any facility before you commit) I called the admissions lady Joni (at 7:30 at night) and she is a miracle worker that set my mind at ease.
