We worked with Melissa Dempsey on our will and estate planning. She is is thorough and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of her services and expertise. She was excellent at explaining all areas of Estate Planning to us as well as the pros and cons of the different decisions. We highly recommend Heritage Law Solutions and Melissa.
We worked with Melissa to formulate a family trust. There were issues from the beginning with her keeping information straight, such as how many children we had, and the price we owed - she sent us an email confirming a price that was $600 lower than the initial 'deal' she offered us, but then charged us the higher amount. After finalizing the information she said she would put our house in the trust if we emailed her the deed and she has not responded to 3 emails sent within a few weeks to try and get this wrapped up.
