The only reason I am giving them a rating higher than a one is the service they gave to my mother in preparing the trust. They brought documents to her to sign instead of her having to travel. The issues came when administering the trust after her passing. An email was sent out to a financial institution asking for other institutions’ account numbers and contacts.
