I would not recommend.
This place has really gone downhill. I would not recommend this place to any family or loved ones.
I’ve had my father in other communities, but this one stands out as the best. I firmly believe that the staff is the heart and soul of this community. When we toured the community, the first person we met was Robyn. She was incredibly impressive. Before we even moved my father in, Robyn demonstrated exceptional communication, care, and attention to us.
I had a patient that was doing quite poorly with her previous living situation. Then they moved to Heritage Lakes and their health greatly improved. Our services emphasizes quality of life and that high quality was found at Heritage Lakes. The staff have been responsive, kind, and express empathy that other facilities should mirror. I highly recommend this facility.
I am so glad I found this place for my mom. Robyn was amazing and the reason I knew this would be the place! It has been the easiest process thanks to her understanding and kindness. My mom is so happy here. Thank you Robyn.
