Be very careful before you place your loved one in this facility. They were not supportive and or caring they are judgemental and unwilling to support any challenges or changes in loved.ones health or needs so much so we involved an MLA with our case. Very disappointed They made assumptions and accusation that were unfounded.q
A great assisted living home!
My mom moved to heritage house after a car accident and wow have we been happy with how they have looked after her. You won't find a more caring or happy team to deal with. They truly show an interest in my moms well being and are constantly looking for ways to make her home there better. My mom feels at home and calls it home. They go above and beyond to look after all her needs and keep me informed. Thank you all for the excellent care you give my mom. Kim
I live in Calgary Alberta I've gone to Heritage Place several times to visit my mom and her friends the management and staff I can't say enough about them the place is clean the meals are always on time very clean accommodations all I can say is thank you for being there Heritage Place son of Sandy fiander
