The place is infested with bed bugs and has been for 6 yrs. Sometimes they don't give the residence their medication. The staff there goes through the residence's rooms without the residence there and having a knowledge of it until their important papers comes up missing. I used to work at the Heritage House and it's a very bad place and very expensive. 2 of the residence I got close to share a room and they each have to pay $1,200 each for the room.
