Jeff handled not one, but two properties and contracts for me. Proper and legal completion of one hinged on the success of the second. The ask was abnormal, and didn’t follow standard process and took “out of the box” thinking. His attention to detail, communication and calm demeanor helped everything transition so smoothly.
