The mortgage company we originally worked with was difficult to reach and not very helpful. We were then referred to Jesse at Heritage Home Lending, and the experience completely changed. Jesse and Sadie worked through every issue and were always available when we had questions. The entire process was smooth and fast. I will absolutely use Heritage Home Lending for all future needs.
The mortgage benefit statement I was sent advertised a fixed rate with points due, when I called the mortgage offered was an arm! And the offer I was sent was not available, beware of false advertising from this company. If this is the way they operate I would proceed with caution on their business practices.

Best thing I did as a first time home buyer was go with Heritage Home Lending. We were able to lock in the best rate possible at the time, and Jesse was very good at explaining the process to first time home buyers. Highly recommend their service.
