Best thing I did as a first time home buyer was go with Heritage Home Lending. We were able to lock in the best rate possible at the time, and Jesse was very good at explaining the process to first time home buyers. Highly recommend their service.

Brady and Sadie have a top-notch shop. I called Brady when we were preparing to put an offer on a house and had a pre-qualification letter within a couple hours. Answered all questions from thereon promptly and presented many options. Ask him any question about home financing, and he will have the answer.
Jesse was very easy to work with. He got us preapproved in no time so we could start looking at homes. He patiently responded to questions regarding what our payment would be at various price points.
