I have lived here a little over three years now. I do have a very nice quiet apartment. And very well maintained. Management has bingo night , a day for crafts and holiday parties. Just had a luau party for the fun of it. Manager, she really tries and works hard for all of us. Thank you. This is my text. Not the one I just read. I wish I would have looked before. Sorry for any inconvenience or harm.

Nice high rise building. Very close to the local Weis. Less than a 5 block walk. Elevator is a little impatient and pushy. Especially for being located inside a senior high rise.

I do wish the smokers would go by the rules and laws of this very building and only smoke outside where there is a nice gazebo. Thank you! People are very rude. Management has changed a lot. Not in a better way. . Maintenance people Are very rude to the tenants. I’m truly sorry, but it is the truth. Thank you!

I truly feel at home here. The building is pretty much kept up to date. With covid the management team did there best and more to keep all of us senior and staff safe. I do wish the smokers would go by the rules and laws of this very nice building and only smoke outside where there is a nice gazebo for them. I've been calling the office to see where I'm at on the waiting list that I applied in 2021 and at that time I was 10 on the list but can't reach no one yet...
